Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all HOCK designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
